This is where Roses and Amanda and Kelly, Sharon and Anna will keep track of their dwindling weight. That's so doable. This isn't a food diary so much as a diet diary. We'll share our thoughts on the ups and downs of the process as well as some recipes that we love (maybe even with pictures!).

Welcome! Good luck! Keep motivated with the posting...that's almost as hard as the trying to eat better.
Right now we're working on the accountability of keeping a food diary. The goal is to add in more exercise and eating better.
