Wagon, what wagon

So it is a good thing I had this ass to land on when I fell off the wagon as well (L) The past week has sucked. I've tried to be good, but I was major pmsing and really when it came to chocolate vs no chocolate - the chocolate pwnd me. Also we kept having dinner and lunch dates and I kept totally forgetting that restaurants do have salads.

So starting over again today.
B: Coffee :)

On another note I am down 3 lbs. I think it is due to stress though and not any actual healthy behavior. I really want a fairy godmother with 5,000 so we can just get out of the house, finish the repairs and get on with our lives. I only really see David on the weekends and it truly blows the goat. I don't know how you do it Amanda.

hang in there! you'll be settled soon and things will get better... they always do (though sometimes it doesn't seem like it).

also... what i find very helpful in keeping on the wagon when going to a restaurant is to look at the menu online ahead of time -- most places have them available these days. looking at the whole menu when you are not distracted or rushed and deciding in advance what you want to (and/or should) eat makes it a LOT easier to make a good decision when you're eating out a lot.
