Onward and Downward

Well it was this or duct tape the fridge and I think I'm supposed to cook dinner as one of those wifely duties so blogging it is. So far today I've had 2 cups of coffee and sat on my @ss all morning packing boxes for the first Post Office run of the day. Hmmm, not a stellar start.

Yeah well, I had a banana protein smoothie (which I think was actually kind of good for me), the remains of a bag of chips that were in my car, a soy chai latte from Starbucks, and a pumpkin cream cheese muffin.

I've got your stellar start beat.

But really, we'll start counting at lunch since technically, I wasn't on this diet when I stopped at Starbucks.

Ok so today...
Breakfast: 3 cups of coffee with creamer. 1 Banana.

Lunch: Bowl of white rice w/ soy sauce. 1 Banana.

Dinner: Peppered pork chop, sauteed peppers and onions and rice.

Dessert: 2 mini crunch bars

Exercise: Packing a triplette stroller and shipping it to Canada.
