Wed 10/3 ...

So today I post my weight... eew. My scale says I am 217, up from 180 2 years ago. I am having lots of fun guilt over the fact that my heart condition wouldn't be as bad had I limited the Doritos diving. That and the fact that I think I weigh more than a pregnant friend. So today the goal is to take 15 minutes for myself and stretch (will have to lock up the dogs). So far the intake has been !!!coffee!!! My usual breakfast also includes a banana.

And the weight sucks, I know. But it's a starting point, right? Now you know what you're combating. That has to be good.

So, last night I was drunk, then busy then asleep so didn't get to post again.
So here is the food diary:

Breakfast: coffee, banana
Snack: Special K bar
Lunch: Banana, ramen w soy sauce
Dinner: Baked chicken, squash, 2 slices of cheese, 5 olives & gravy on chicken & squash.
Alcohol: 2 bottles of beer, 1 shot of whiskey. (yes, I'm a light weight, but only when it comes to drinking)
